BSC's Lincoln Square Apartment is featured in NBC's Open House NYC, airing October 12. Principal Martin Cox talks with James Parvin about the factors influencing our design of an apartment overlooking the plaza of Lincoln Square. Designed for a family of four, the apartment takes advantage of dramatic views of the city while integrating a curvaceous geometry and restrained material palette to create a residence of quiet calm and luminosity.
