The Wall Street Journal recently featured our renovation of an historic loft space into a unique retreat in the city. Overlooking Manhattan’s Bryant Park, the landmark 1907 building originally housed the Engineers’ Club, founded by Andrew Carnegie. Capitalizing on the former reading room's 16-foot ceilings, we introduced a mezzanine bedroom suspended from the floor above. Motorized curtains and bespoke millwork allow the space to be transformed for entertaining or to accommodate a second sleeping space, while expansive windows offer views of the park below.
