Half-Open Loft, New York, NY
The
design of a 3,000 sq.ft. loft for an art collector and art book publisher requires
the accommodation of daily domestic life as well as the flexibility to host
readings, performances and tours of the collection. Through a design of ‘half-openness’,
the spaces are designed to be seen through; viewing artworks in juxtaposition
with one another as well as views to the city.
